"Medieval Hotyn" is an international festival of historical reenactment, the successor of the festival "Battle of the Nations", which changed its registration and moved to Warsaw in 2012.

The event takes place on the territory of the very picturesque Hotyn fortress, where the spirit of the Medieval Ages still hovers and creates the ideal atmosphere for carrying out the festival of historical reenactment. Its program is full of content and includes various entertainments - from horse rides to real knight fights with usage of medieval weapons, including siege arms. During the breaks spectators are entertained with performances of musicians and fire-shows.

There are also modern and historic taverns at the festival, where you can refresh yourself and slake thirst at affordable price.

How to get here. Hotyn is located 70 km away from Chernovtsi, you can get here by any bus or route taxi that goes in direction of Kamienets-Podolsky (around 15 UAH). Or else from Kamienets-Podolsky itself (25 km, 5 UAH).
