Aspiration for something simple, quality and clear was fully embodied in the khosper bar Meat & Fish that is located in Kyiv's downtown, near the subway stations Arsenalna and Maidan Nezalezhnosti.
The menu features deruni with pike caviar, Olivier salad with tongue, classical steaks, popular all over the world: juicy 'Ribai' or tender and Lenten 'File-minion', as well as fine seafood and fish.
Khosper - the oven with live fire - is restaurant's great pride. Meat or fish gets crusted over and continues cooking from inside in such oven. Thanks to this technology, dishes come out incredibly juicy, fragrant and tasty.
Restaurant's guests can seat either in the main room or at the summer terrace.
