From December 6 to January 15, the exhibition of Lviv photo-artist Sergey Mykhalkiv Scanomanipulations is held in the Lviv bakery-coffeehouse Venskiye Bulochki. It is the first exposition of scanography works in the city.

Scanography is a new kind of modern photography. Its essence is that placing items on glass panel of a scanner allows scanning them with 100% sharpness. As a result, an author gets an effect, unattainable even with the most powerful cameras.

According to critics, Sergey Mikhalkiv created images, whose mood resonates with picturesque Dutch still life and naturalistic herbaria, reconsidered in a modern way.
