The restaurant Ai-Petri is situated on the 15th floor of the hotel complex Yalta Inturist and is the highest restaurant in Crimea.
Its menu features classical European dishes in author’s interpretation of the skillful chef. Local specialties include tomato soup with dorado and seafood, royal shrimps grilled with mango salsa, sea bass with wild rice. There is a wide selection of drinks.
