Kyiv Sculpture Project 2014
From May 20 to July 10 the M. Grishko National Botanical Garden for the second time will host the international festival of modern sculpture Kyiv Sculpture Project. This year, the organizers are going to talk about street art and will try to change the Kyiv locals and tourists’ attitude towards it.
The Yorkshire Sculpture Park will showcase its special project “Modern British Arts” in Ukrainian capital. Selected by Britons for Kyiv Sculpture Project 2014, the works represent the most prominent artists of different generation from 1960s till nowadays. Each of them has had an influence on the nowadays modern British sculpture.
Moreover, Kyiv Sculpture Project 2014 will host free educative programs, open discussions about public arts involving international experts, themed tours for everyone, and master classes for children.
