Ukraine's Museum of Modern Art in cooperation with Ukrainian section of International Association of Art Critics (AICA) introduces an exhibition of Ukraine's modern textile art, which, in the early 21st century, swiftly develops and enriches with new original expressiveness techniques, broadens its artistic and stylistic span, and demonstrates different approaches to realization of textile experts' ideas.

The exhibition indicates artists' tireless desire to experiment in tapestry, pictures, three-dimensional compositions, in such traditional techniques as weaving, embroidery, felt, batik, and in relatively new for Ukrainian weaving - quilt, collage, textile application.

Exhibition's curators tried to include in exposition works of different orientation - symbolic trend and abstraction, plane and three-dimensional compositions. 90 original masterpieces by 33 artists amaze with their peculiarity and singularity.
