Being a part of the hotel and restaurant complex of the same name, the restaurant 'Taras Bulba' is situated at the town's very center, in the restored 18th century's cellars. Its interiors are finished with natural stone and wood, which creates an inimitable atmosphere of cozy antiquity.

Several lounges locate on the building's different layers: these are main lounge, banquette lounge for 30 seats, small lounge 'Cossack's Rada' for 10 seats and two summer terraces.

The restaurant offers national Ukrainian cuisine. Its specialties are 'Taras's Pipe' (pork with prunes, smoked foods and cheese), homemade sausage from liver, baked apples with cottage cheese and honey. All this may be washed down with true Ukrainian uzvar made from dried fruit.
