The bar-restaurant Valencia is a part of the hotel complex of the same name, which is located in the very center of Simferopol on the borderline of Old and New Town.

There is a huge choice of classical dishes from European cuisine, as well as fine dishes from Spanish cuisine in the restaurant’s menu. Bar Valencia offers a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to fit any taste, as well as a vast wine list.

Two-level restaurant complex occupies the premises of the ancient gallery that used to serve as storehouse for expensive wines, and later as popular among city gourmets tavern. The interior of Valencia is carried out in medieval style: there are a lot of wood and stone in the décor, and mild light. Two spacious closed lounges with zonal division, each having individual style, are at the visitors’ service. There is a non-smoking zone, too.
