Galushka Festival

Galushka Festival is a traditional culinary festival that annually takes place on the Sobornaya Square in Poltava. Over fifty cooks take part in it, trying to persuade festival's guests that their dish is the tastiest.

The major event is the Culinary Battle, in which 12 restaurant facilities, located on the square, participate. Strict jury determines the winner and awards him a prize that will help to cook even better.

Festival's guests will be not only fed, but also entertained. Each year organizers prepare rich concert program with music bands' and theatrical troops' participation.
