Festival of Carpathian Culinary Heritage
On May 10 – 11, the International Festival of Carpathian Culinary Heritage will take place during celebration of the Day of the City in Ivano-Frankivsk. The event will be carried out within the framework of the international project ‘Carpathian Network of Culinary Heritage,’ whose main aim is to maintain and to popularize traditional Carpathian food and culinary traditions.
The festival will be organized as a culinary show, during which everyone will have an opportunity to taste traditional Hungarian, Slovak and Romanian dishes, as well as to participate in master classes, conducted by professional chefs from Carpathian regions of Hungary, Slovakia, Rumania and Ukraine, and in interesting folkloric and informative activities.
