The restaurant Saigon is situated in one of the 'Primorsky Park' SPA-Hotel's buildings, on the territory of the oldest and most beautiful park in Yalta. It is notable for being the place, where one can taste exotic dishes and have a good and fine time.

Restaurant's cuisine is in 'Asian fusion' style. Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai culinary traditions were Europeanized by Saigon's chef, but kept their uniqueness at that. Only instantly frozen products, in case that technology doesn't allow using them fresh, are used for cooking here. The menu includes snow crab, oysters, shrimps, mussels, lobsters, and both, as separate dish and as soup and snacks ingredients, at that.

Saigon has not only exquisite menu and rich wine list. It is also a perfect place for pleasant and interesting pastime. Recently the restaurant has launched Saturday parties' project in new for Yalta format - Saigon Pre-Party.
