The 'Zheltoye More' restaurant's philosophy is based on the principle of raising gastronomy to the level of art. This approach was taken from rich culinary traditions of Far East countries that are washed with Yellow Sea salty waters.

Author's dishes from Japanese, Chinese and Tai cuisine made by restaurant's chef have endless variety of tastes and are masterly cooked. Bar menu's assortment in 'Zheltoye More' is grandiose and thought out: traditional Japanese drinks, homemade wines, beer and lemonades make up a colorful palette for exquisite drinks' connoisseurs. Traditional complement to each guest is specialty tea made with tea-master's caring hands.

The restaurant's design is carried out in modern Japanese minimalism style characterized with harmony and laconism.
