Zhylianskaya St. 75
This is the first steak-house in Ukraine that is a part of the international Goodman chain. Popular in the whole world, classical steaks are served here: juicy 'Ribai' and large 'Cowboy' from marmoreal meat, fragrant 'New-York' and Lenten 'File-minion'.
For making steaks, Goodman takes bull-calf meat from Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cattle breeds. These breeds are raised in ecologically clean USA regions. The meat is kept and transported in ideal conditions - cooled to +1 degree Celsius. The steaks are grilled on natural wood coals in professional oven called khosper. Each steak has its own recommended - ideally fit for it - roasting degree.
Steak-house's interior is decorated using wood and leather: dark leather couches, wooden furniture, forged lamps, retro-photographs on the walls. The restaurant numbers 120 seats.
