The gastronomic bar 'Barsuk' is situated at the Kyiv's historic center - at Pechersk. Decorated in ultramodern industrial style, this conceptual facility is oriented in the first place on quality cuisine: all dishes are cooked directly at visitors' presence - you may watch the process in the lounge or on the monitors.
'Barsuk's' menu includes Italian snacks (Carpaccio, Bruskets) and fresh pasta with wide choice of sauces; meat and fish in form of steaks, medallions, and beefsteaks - fried, stewed, grilled, with sauces and vegetables, as well as unconventional salads with European charm. Only green products are used for cookery here. Organic bread is backed here with own hands, sauces are boiled and home-made beverages - lemonade, uzvar, fruit drink, cocoa - are made.
'Barsuk's' bar is notable for large choice of alcohol, vast hookah and cigar lists, and high quality music. Each day of the week has its own theme: Monday and Tuesday are devoted to German and Austrian beer traditions, Wednesday - to live jazz, and Friday and Saturday - to House Music.
