The ethnographic Ukrainian cuisine's restaurant Kumanets is situated in Odesa's very center in a couple of steps from Deribasovskaya Street. Building's design and its interiors are carried out in country house style: wattle fences, jags, carts and other attributes of rural life
Restaurant's menu offers traditional Ukrainian cuisine's dishes: borsht with pamushkas, vareniki with various stuffings, mezhivo from eggplants. All guests are inevitably served brown bread with lard. The chef develops new menu for each festive occasion and only facility's specialties - famous salo (pork fat) in chocolate and salad 'Kumanets' - remain unchanged. There also a lot of desserts in restaurant's menu.
Every day national background music plays, and Friday through Sunday live music sounds in the facility.
